Josephine serves as a liaison for clients, callers and visitors. Her professional level of expertise in customer service has been honed over several years of working with clients in service industries. Her previous experience in corporate travel allows her to relate to people in a friendly - knowledgeable way. She has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Josephine has spent the last ten years working at New York Life working with Eileen since January 2015. Josephine oversees the daily work flow by maintaining and updating client accounts, answering questions from Eileen's clients and performing required services for them with timely follow up--- making sure that the client’s experience is a positive one. Josephine assists in the case planning process as well, by managing case illustrations and building the case presentation for client meetings.
Josephine relates to Eileen's clients very well and her main goal is to assure them that we are here to help with any circumstance that needs to be addressed and that it will be handled quickly and with complete professionalism.
